WOOLWORTHS KELSTON

Lanta delivered a complete interior refresh of the Woolworths Kelston supermarket, encompassing both retail and back-of-house areas. The full scope included new floor and wall finishes, lighting, suspended ceilings, and associated concrete trenching and services work throughout the store.

Carried out within a fully operational, live trading environment, the project required careful coordination across multiple trades working simultaneously on-site. To minimise disruption to staff and customers, the majority of works were scheduled overnight, allowing the supermarket to continue trading without interruption during the day.

The result is a refreshed, modern store interior delivered with minimal impact on daily operations – a clear demonstration of Lanta’s programme management capability and experience delivering complex refurbishments within live retail environments.
