MARIST COLLEGE

This project delivered a modern upgrade to Marist College’s administration facilities, alongside the adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse into a dedicated student wellness centre. The new facility provides purpose-built spaces for nursing, physiotherapy, counseling, and career’s support, creating a welcoming and accessible environment that enhances student wellbeing.

Works were carefully staged and coordinated throughout the school term, allowing daily operations to continue with minimal disruption to staff and students. In parallel, the administration block was upgraded to include a refreshed reception area, new offices, improved staff amenities, and a redesigned entrance, strengthening both functionality and arrival experience across the campus.
