YEALANDS WINE GROUP

This project involved the transformation of a bare concrete shell on Princess Wharf into Yealands’ new headquarters and showroom. The waterfront location offered a light-filled, open-plan canvas, presenting an opportunity to create a space that reflects both the brand and its coastal setting.

Working alongside the Macintosh Harris design team, Lanta delivered a comprehensive fit-out, including HVAC and electrical design and installation, new partitions, bespoke joinery, steelwork, and full interior finishes. The design introduced a contemporary environment with subtle maritime influences, aligning with Yealands’ identity.

With a tight programme and a mixed-use environment of residential and commercial occupants, careful planning and communication were essential to minimise disruption. The result is a refined, functional workspace that balances performance with design, delivering a high-quality outcome for both client and end users.
