This project delivered a high-quality office fit-out for KONE’s New Zealand headquarters, the local base for a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry. The design creates a clean, precise and highly functional workplace that maximises natural light and reinforces a sense of openness throughout.

A considered balance of exposed ceilings and suspended grid systems was used across the space, integrating services while maintaining acoustic performance and a refined architectural finish. This approach adds depth and texture while supporting the practical requirements of a busy corporate environment.

The completed fit-out provides a contemporary and efficient workspace that reflects KONE’s focus on innovation, reliability and operational excellence.
