As part of a Greenfield development, Lanta delivered a purpose-built warehouse and single level office facility. This included new carparking and operational yard areas tailored to the client’s requirements. The project was constructed on a live site, with an existing tenant remaining operational throughout the programme. Careful staging and access management were essential to maintaining uninterrupted day-to-day operations.

Unexpected rock discovered during excavation presented significant construction challenges, requiring the original piling methodology to be revised. Through adaptive problem-solving, alternative temporary footing and concrete support solutions were implemented. This allowed the precast installation to proceed without impacting programme delivery.

Despite the complexities encountered on site, the project was completed on time and within budget. This enabled a smooth transition for the incoming tenant and their operations.
