22 POLLEN STREET
The 22 Pollen Street project transformed a former printing facility into a modern commercial building in Grey Lynn. Lanta reconfigured the original 2.5-level structure, adding three floors and two balconies.
The existing 1960s and 1980s buildings were stripped to their cores, structurally upgraded, reclad, and combined into a single development. This increased leasable area by 50% and car parking by 30%, with features including exposed concrete ceilings, generous stud heights and a glazed facade.
A major tenant joined mid-project, and Lanta delivered the fit-out alongside the base build, improving time and cost efficiency.
Lanta also provided pre-construction advice on buildability, budgeting and consultant coordination.
