The Vero Building project involved the refurbishment and upgrade of a four-level commercial office building in Takapuna, delivered within a fully occupied, live working environment. With six tenants operating across the lower floors, careful staging and coordination were critical to maintaining daily business operations throughout the programme.

The scope included a full re-roof, new exterior façade, replacement joinery, and associated interior fit-outs. Lanta’s experience in managing complex refurbishments ensured minimal disruption to occupants, while delivering a cohesive and modernised building outcome that enhanced both performance and visual appeal.
