68 SALE STREET

68 Sale Street involved the transformation of two ageing inner-city buildings into a single, cohesive commercial development with integrated parking. Lanta was engaged to deliver a full internal and external strip-out. This addressed structural and asbestos challenges within a tight six-month programme ahead of tenant occupancy.

By removing existing cores and bridging the buildings, the project created a unified office environment above a ground floor café and commercial space. A contemporary façade combines curtain wall glazing with layered cladding, enhancing the streetscape. It reflects the building’s revitalised identity, successfully bringing together old and new into a modern, functional workspace.
