Kingsbridge Apartments involved the full redevelopment of a seven-storey residential building on Wellesley Street. This transformed a dated structure into a modern urban living environment. Delivered across five carefully staged phases, the project included significant facade upgrades and the construction of 72 new balconies. These upgrades enhanced both the building’s appearance and resident amenity.

By opening up the front elevation and introducing additional outdoor living spaces, the redevelopment maximised natural light. It also strengthened the connection between apartments and the surrounding cityscape.
