GLORIA JEAN’S CAFE

Lanta delivered the build of the Gloria Jean’s Café located within the ground floor lobby of 8 Tangihua Street in Britomart. Designed as the primary café servicing the wider commercial building, the fit-out combines strong brand alignment with a refined and contemporary architectural response.

Warm timber finishes, exposed services, acoustic ceiling treatments, and layered curved structures create a visually dynamic and welcoming café space. While adhering to Gloria Jean’s franchise guidelines, the design introduces subtle pops of colour and carefully detailed finishes to establish a distinct identity within the broader development.

Integrated alongside the wider lobby refurbishment works, the completed café provides an inviting social hub for building occupants and visitors throughout the day.
