Kingsbridge Apartments involved the full redevelopment of a seven-storey residential building on Wellesley Street, transforming a dated structure into a modern urban living environment. Delivered across five carefully staged phases, the project included significant façade upgrades and the construction of 72 new balconies, enhancing both the building’s appearance and resident amenity.

By opening up the front elevation and introducing additional outdoor living spaces, the redevelopment maximised natural light and strengthened the connection between apartments and surrounding cityscape.
