WOOLWORTHS KELSTON

Lanta delivered a complete interior refresh of the Woolworths Kelston supermarket, encompassing both retail and back-of-house areas. The scope included new floor and wall finishes, lighting, and suspended ceilings. It also included associated concrete trenching and services work throughout the store.

The project was carried out within a fully operational, live trading environment. This required careful coordination across multiple trades working simultaneously on-site. To minimise disruption to staff and customers, the majority of works were scheduled overnight. This allowed the supermarket to keep trading without interruption during the day.

The result is a refreshed, modern store interior delivered with minimal impact on daily operations. It’s a clear demonstration of Lanta’s programme management capability and experience delivering complex refurbishments within live retail environments.
