BUILDING 9

Building 9, while classified as a refurbishment, was effectively a full reconstruction involving a complete rebuild, reclad, and new roofing. Lanta worked closely with the client from early stages, assisting in consultant selection and guiding the project through evolving design requirements.

Originally scoped as a partial upgrade, the discovery of underlying issues led to a revised approach, creating an opportunity to enhance the building’s exterior and expand the Level 3 floor area.

Located within a busy business park, the project required careful logistical planning to minimise disruption. Designed to accommodate a daycare and gym, the final space prioritises clear circulation, intuitive wayfinding, and a calm, vibrant user experience.
